Looking after our residents

We have over 1300 residents in our homes each year, some of whom suffer from conditions that leave them vulnerable. We take their personal safety, wellbeing and security very seriously.

Nutrition

Our nutritional group reviews the menus and ensures that special needs are catered for in a way that suits our residents. We aim to ensure that our residents enjoy a varied and nutritionally sound menu and that meal times are something to look forward to.

Fire Safety

Fire drills are held regularly so that all staff are well aware of our procedures and will be fully prepared in the event of a real fire.

Infection Control

We constantly monitor and audit our infection control standards and take corrective action if necessary. Training on infection control and food hygiene is a priority in all our homes – minimising risk to our residents.
